As an Investment Reporting Associate Sr. within PNC's Multi-Family Capital organization, you will be based in office in a PNC location.
Client Reporting:
Independently manage a reporting portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit Funds (LIHTC) for Multi and Proprietary Investors.
Review property-level operational detail for accuracy.
Create quarterly and monthly Investor reporting for LIHTC properties and confirm accuracy.
Provide documents to Investors by designated deadlines via a reporting portal.
Document Collection and Organization:
Manage a LIHTC leasing portfolio of approximately 30 properties, including collecting monthly documents and updating the database.
Assist with client adHoc portfolio inquiries, including querying data and utilizing vLookups to populate data documents.
Analyze data for internal and external requests regarding portfolio health.
Event Driven and Time Sensitive Tasks:
Update internal systems with construction milestones, leasing process and occupancy data.
Prepare recurring internal reports for peer teams.
Quality Review + Team Support:
Review data entries for completeness and accuracy.
Help prepare, proofread, and format reporting materials.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies.
Assist with tech initiatives, including the buildout and testing of a new database.
Qualifications
Strong data analysis skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High comfort working in spreadsheets, databases, and proprietary reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Oversees investor reporting process. Provides reporting on a portfolio of funds. Key person responsible for ad hoc requests and query building.
  • Generates reports for accuracy. Edits, reviews and determines content for investor reports. Provides reports to internal parties as appropriate. Produces internal trend reporting, senior management and annual investor meeting reporting by understanding various fund portfolios, how they operate and differences between funds. Analyze conclusions and discuss variances with team leaders. Shares best practices and trains other team members.
  • Performs analysis of progress of property. Coordinates assessment of properties and fund performance with internal parties. Elevates potential investor concerns. Identifies areas of concern if noted in reporting. Makes suggestions to asset managers for modification of content, mitigation of issues etc.
  • Requests updates regarding capital timing from asset managers. Elevates variances with respect to capital timing internally.
  • Performs due diligence and provides analysis on data in response to investor queries.
