Job Summary
We are looking for a QA professional with experience in backend financial systems, API testing, automation, SQL validation, and CI/CD integration. This role involves working closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, compliance teams, and auditors to ensure applications are reliable, secure, traceable, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and non-functional test cases.
  • Test REST APIs, backend services, and event-driven workflows.
  • Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation testing.
  • Validate financial transactions, calculations, and business workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and PyTest.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Test role-based access controls and complex approval workflows.
  • Create audit-ready test documentation and evidence.
  • Troubleshoot issues across application, integration, and database layers.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Python and PyTest.
  • REST API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
  • Strong SQL query and data validation skills.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of financial, banking, fintech, or regulated systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
