Finance Program Manager

We are seeking a Finance Program Manager with deep expertise in SAP-enabled Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Finance transformations to lead complex merger, acquisition, divestiture, and integration initiatives within the Automotive Digital Finance organization.

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end execution of finance integrations, carve-outs, and system harmonization programs, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and related enterprise finance platforms. You will partner closely with Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, external vendors, and system integration partners to deliver business-critical initiatives. Depending on the program structure, you may lead projects directly or coordinate across multiple project managers and partner organizations to ensure successful execution.

Success in this role requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership to align business and technology teams, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver outcomes that support strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and demanding timelines. You will play a key role in enabling seamless integration and transformation across enterprise platforms, including SAP and OneStream.

What You Will Do

  • Under the guidance of Digital Finance Transormation Lead acting as the Single Point of Contact for the M&A initiative, lead end-to-end program management including integrations, carve-outs, and system harmonization across SAP S/4HANA and related finance platforms; support ERP integration and migration programs across SAP ECC, MDG, BW, S/4HANA and OneStream as part of ongoing M&A initiative
  • Drive planning, execution, and governance of finance workstreams, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and regulatory requirements; Leverage the existing organization wide standards, temnplates, and processes as available for Program Management including budget and capacity management
  • Coordinate across multiple system integrators, vendors, and partner organizations, ensuring clear accountability, delivery alignment, and effective issue resolution
  • Partner closely with Finance, IT, PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, and business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and execution roadmap
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and critical path activities; proactively escalate and resolve issues impacting delivery
  • Oversee financial data migration, validation, and integration activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
  • Support vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management in alignment with procurement and commercial frameworks
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including reporting, steering committees, and executive updates

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in Program Management with hands-on leadership of complex multi-year, multi-million dollar programs
  • Proven expertise in SAP ERP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, MDG, BW) with strong exposure to Finance Consolidation and FP&A processes and systems
  • Deep, specialized knowledge in Finance and SAP program delivery, with the ability to interpret business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional global stakeholders in a matrixed environment, guiding teams through complex problem-solving
  • Strong independent execution and decision-making capability in ambiguous, high-pressure M&A environments
  • Experience managing multiple system integrators and external vendors, with accountability for delivery outcomes and performance
  • Familiarity with digital finance platforms (e.g., OneStream), data/analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based architectures
  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification preferred
  • Experience with program management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Familiarity with Automotive/ Tier 1 industry processes and regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in M&A integration and carve-out programs within large, global enterprises
  • Exposure to Finance consolidation and planning platforms such as OneStream or similar Enterprise Perf&ance Management (EPM) tools
  • Experience supporting vendor selection processes (RFPs) and managing global consulting/system integration partners

    Salary Ranges:

    $ 108,750 - $ 159,500
