Position Summary:

The Lease Processor I is responsible for verifying and processing lease contract packages to ensure each file is accurate and complete before funding as well as supporting the Lease Processing Team with administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review lease contract documents to ensure conformity with Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) policies.

· Ensure contracts submitted for funding are complete, accurate, and reflect proper approval authorities, specifically Truth-In-Lending and Regulation M disclosures, and ensure the accurate calculation and correct disclosure of federal-mandated fees.

· Inspect lease package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent documentation.

· Verify calculations on the contracts before funding and prepare completed files for funding.

· Perform financial calculations such as payoffs, rebates, residuals, payments, money factors, lease worksheets, vehicle registration, driver’s license, residence, and insurance coverage.

· Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

· Follow up with Dealership, Sales team, and other internal partners to resolve all non-compliant funding issues via Dealer Chat, email, and Outbound Calls.

· Actively manage a shared email inbox, ensuring timely responses to incoming messages, assigning tasks to relevant team members, archiving old emails, and submitting DDS escalation to maintain clear communication protocols within the shared mailbox.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

· Entry-level; no previous experience required.

Education:

· High school diploma and/or GED.
