We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Financial Planning & Analysis team.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our Residential Services segment. The successful candidate will possess a passion for uncovering valuable insights and leveraging financial planning, forecasting, and analytical models to drive informed decision-making to achieve ambitious business goals. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to reach new heights and deliver exceptional results.

Key Contributions

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Residential Services leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to drive business growth.
  • Lead the forecasting process for Subscribers, Revenue and Expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop financial models to set performance targets, identify trends and highlight variances, providing actionable recommendations that influence key business decisions.
  • Design and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to support real-time decision-making and optimize operational performance.
  • Conduct in-depth scenario analysis to assess profitability and ROI for new product and service launches, competitive pricing strategies, and operational initiatives.
  • Play a key role in the development and execution of the company's overall Financial Plan and Rolling Forecast.
  • Present comprehensive financial results and business strategies to Finance, Residential Services and Senior Leadership, ensuring alignment on financial objectives.
  • Lead and drive ad-hoc projects and analyses, supporting leadership with targeted insights to address critical business needs.
  • Provide mentorship to the Financial Analyst team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting or Budgeting
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced modeling skills
  • Experience with data and visualization tools (MS SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Experience with FP&A Planning Tools such as Workday Adaptive is helpful
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
