Client Service Associate
McCrossan & Associates – Mesa, AZ
A private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC

McCrossan & Associates is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting the advisors with the day-to-day operational needs of the practice.

The Client Service Associate will work closely with the advisory team to manage client service requests, coordinate meeting preparation, and ensure all operational and administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare client meeting agendas, documents, and follow-up summaries
  • Maintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Coordinate scheduling and confirm client appointments
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, and service-related transactions
  • Process check deposits, incoming mail, and required paperwork
  • Track outstanding items such as planning documents, tax forms, and required signatures
  • Support advisors during client meetings and document follow-up action items
  • Ensure client files are organized and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with estate settlement processing and related applications
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to the advisory team

Compensation & Benefits
