SUMMARY:

Provides day-to-day support of the Senior Wealth Management Team. This role is responsible for executing trades, maintaining various financial planning systems, portfolio rebalancing and other items necessary to prepare for client meetings or questions. The Wealth Management Associate will provide general support to the various Senior Wealth Management Advisors but will also be provided with a mentor of whom they will shadow while completing all of the aforementioned responsibilities.

YOUR ROLE IN SERVING OUR CLIENTS INCLUDES:

• Execute tasks as needed for Senior Wealth Management Advisors. These tasks include ongoing trading and financial planning software support, account rebalancing and all other account portfolio maintenance and management of client portfolio duties for assigned Senior Wealth Management Advisors.

• Leverage position to drive process improvement across wealth management, financial planning and trading platforms.

• Become an expert and a go-to resource for the wealth management team with regard to the financial planning tool eMoney.

• Create a wealth management plan for prospective clients, which will serve as a framework to the relationship and highlight the objectives of the portfolio.

• Implement the wealth management plan using coordination with other advisors, reallocating accounts to set asset allocation and analyzing other above-mentioned wealth management strategy techniques.

• Continue to manage client portfolios as set forth in the wealth management plan using asset allocation objectives while satisfying clients' wants, needs and desires.

• Work closely with Client Centric Team (CCT) members to support client needs.

• Participation in projects as assigned.

• Provide general support to Senior Wealth Management Advisors as needed.

• All other duties as assigned

CONTACTS:

• Wealth Management Associates also have regular contact with clients and prospects and their external

advisors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a significant amount of time sitting and working on a computer, sitting in meetings and/or talking on a telephone.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Normal office environment, subject to constant interruptions, that is well lit, properly ventilated and handicap accessible.

OTHER:

• Regular and predictable attendance in the office is required.

• Our normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• The position would often require full day or overnight travel, up to 10% of time, to meet with clients outside of the general area.
