Responsibilities:

  • Draft a variety of estate planning documents including trusts, wills, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and funeral directives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans that reflect their unique goals and evolving needs.
  • Provide valuable support to senior attorneys on complex elder law, Medicaid, special needs, and tax matters.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in estate planning matters preferred.
