Job Description:
Responsible for directing financial operations of assigned Market(s), including supporting market senior and department leadership with overall financial accountability in achieving approved budget targets.
Essential Functions:
  • Leads the Market Financial Operations team in providing financial and analytical leadership related to financial performance.
  • Leads Market Financial Operations team and collaborates with System Financial Strategy team in providing analytical support related to financial and capital planning and forecasting.
  • Leads Market Financial Operations team and collaborates with System Budget team in providing analytical support related to annual operating and capital budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • Seven Years of job-related experience required.
  • Healthcare experience in public accounting, accounting, budgeting, financial planning may be substituted for minimum degree.
  • Master's degree preferred
  • CPA Preferred
  • Healthcare experience: hospital preferred
