About the Operations Manager position

Are you an entrepreneur who is crazy about customer service? You may be perfect for our team. We're a fast-growing laundry and dry cleaning pickup/delivery service and we're looking for a superstar to lead operations for our team.

Operations Manager responsibilities are:

Manage a team of 5 highly motivated individuals

Manages store operations and pickup/delivery operations

Manages employee work schedules (laundry workers, Attendants, Delivery Drivers)

Manages Issues using a ticketing system and tracks to completion

Responds to customer questions via Social Media, Text and Phone

Ensures customer orders are accurate and delivered on time

Ensures store opens and close procedures take place to standard

Ensures excellent on-premise customer experience

Creates and executes customer engagement initiatives and events

Ensure all store operations take place to standard

Executes LIGHT maintenance tasks, recording larger ones in log

Ensures 100% customer satisfaction

Operations Manager requirements are:
  • 3+ years' experience of working as an Operations Manage

  • Profound experience with business and financial procedures, including budgets, forecasting etc.

  • Profound experience of budget development and oversight

  • Advanced ability to collect and ananalyze data

  • Ability to develop and improve processes using technology

  • Excellent understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations managementskills, including experience with databases, MS Office and so on

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
