The Operations Coordinator plays a vital cross-functional role supporting recruitment, finance, procurement, executive support, and operational logistics. Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in operations, HR, finance, or administrative coordination. Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and financial software; experience with procurement systems is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
