Join the close-knit, dedicated team serving investment management needs of clients in Portland and beyond. Our office is located in Clackamas off Sunnyside Road. We are seeking a self-starting professional for our full-time Client Services Coordinator position with preference to someone with financial services experience.
Are you able to collaborate as a team player within a small group environment, strive for self-improvement and want to contribute your positive energy towards accomplishing a variety of tasks, while also making recommendations for how to improve processes, as necessary? If so, please continue reading to learn more about the position.
Essential Duties:
• Answer and direct incoming calls and faxes;
• Greet clients, prospects and vendors;
• Assist with preparation for client meetings;
• Coordinate client mailings and scheduling;
• Manage office supplies;
• Assist in planning, marketing and managing client events (several throughout year);
• Coordinate travel plans for business partners;
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning;
• Support other Firm employees;
• Provide operational project support; and

• Represent firm at client events, charitable events, and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Superior attention to detail;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills; and
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, with a penchant for maintaining style consistency among documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with contact relationship management software;
• Knowledge of how to perform mail-merge operations; and
• Ability to leverage systems to produce external distribution lists and efficiently manage workflow.
Salary:
The position offers a market-based salary that is commensurate with years of related experience. Benefits package includes vacation, holiday, sick pay, and retirement plan contributions.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM with occasional client events held outside those hours.
