Job Description Summary

The Senior Events Operations Associate plays a critical role in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Enterprise's events portfolio, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual engagements. This role will be responsible for event operations, vendor partnerships, and administrative processes while driving high-quality, high-impact experiences that support organizational priorities and revenue goals.
In addition, this position leads the strategy, planning, staff training, and facilitation of Enterprise's webinar program, ensuring consistency, engagement, and alignment with broader marketing and development objectives.
Working under the direction of the Director, Events, the Senior Events Operations Associate collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, vendors and ensures seamless execution of events that enhance Enterprise's brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities


Event Operations & Logistics

  • Planandexecuteaportfolio of events.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders toclarifyevent goals, audience strategy, and success metrics.

  • Executeend-to-end eventlogistics, ensuring seamless execution, high attendee satisfaction, and alignment with Enterprise standards.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes, scale operations, and enhance event effectiveness.

  • Providecustomer service toevent support staff, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Webinar Program Leadership

  • Own and manage Enterprise'swebinarprogram, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

  • Collaborate with Marketing,Communicationandother internalteams to alignwebinartopics with strategic priorities and campaigns.

  • Facilitate webinars, including, when necessary,moderating sessions, managing speakers, and ensuring a high-quality attendee experience.

  • Utilizewebinartechnology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Zoom, etc.), including setup, registration, reporting, and troubleshooting.

  • Analyzewebinarperformance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.

  • Provide ongoing training for staff throughout the organization onwebinarpresentations and facilitation.

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Participate invendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management processes.

  • Adhere toevent budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with approved plans.

  • Track expenses and revenue,identifyopportunities for cost efficiencies, and revenue optimization.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and proper documentation for compliance and risk mitigation.

Attendee Experience & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Assistwithattendee management processes, including invitations, registration, communications, and on-site or virtual engagement.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, markets, and external partners.

  • Drive positive attendee experiences and support the achievement of eventobjectives, including revenue goals where applicable.

Administrative Leadership & Team Support

  • Ensure effective systems and processes for tracking event materials, inventories, and requests.

  • Leverage Cvent (or similar platforms) to managewebinars,event planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Maintainaccurate, organized data and documentation across events.

  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting team priorities and mentoring junior staff as appropriate.

Qualifications & Background Required

  • Minimum of3years of experience managing events of varying sizes, types, and complexity.

  • Demonstrated experience leading event planning efforts and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience planning andfacilitatingwebinars or virtual events.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to build andmaintainrelationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Financial acumen with experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.

  • Self-directed, highly motivated, andsolutions-oriented team player.

  • Experience with event management platforms, preferablyCvent.

  • Willingness to travel as needed and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Salary Transparency

You will be joining a team of talented professionals motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.

Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The pay range for this position is$68,000 - $78,000. The salary range represents the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
