Financial Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial health and strategic growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit financial planning, analysis, and management, with a proven ability to lead financial operations effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and grant requirements

- Monitor cash flow, budget, and grant activity

- coordinate audits, tax filings, and other financial activities

- Process Payroll

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience and/or degree in Finance, Accounting, or bookkeeping

- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance standards

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel, QuickBooks

- Effective communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
