Job Description
This role is for Corporate FP&A Cross-border lead, which is responsible for a broad range of Financial planning and analytics including Multi-year outlooks, budgeting, and various reporting and analysis for Visa's executive leadership.
This Senior Manager role will be heavily involved in the preparation of internal and external reporting for VAS and CMS revenues streams.
A critical requirement for success in this role will be to promote a One Visa mindset across multiple stakeholders, encouraging a spirit of collaboration and building strong relationships. Communication skills will be key as you convert financial outputs into key insight for the business and challenge along the way to drive tangible benefits.
What we expect of you, day to day
  • Supporting & influencing senior leaders in Finance across finance in global and region teams. This role is responsible for delivering on the budget, forecast and multiyear strategic outlook Corporate perspective for VAS and CMS.
  • Drive the business units FP&A planning agenda, performing assessments on the financial & business performance in close partnership with the Business Units team and regional partners, and solving complex issues as they arise.
  • Embed P&L thinking into decision-making and providing succinct messaging for the CFO, quantifying the financial impacts of risks and opportunities throughout reporting and planning cycles.
  • Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders on revenues reporting, driving the reviews as part of the monthly and quarterly cadence of Scorecards and BAU
  • Provide timely and accurate financial management reporting, proactively delivering insightful analysis of key trends and understanding of the key business and financial risks and opportunities (including recommendations for call to action where applicable).
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of VAS and CMS business drivers and develop a comprehensive understanding of how they fit into the overall business strategy for Visa globally.
  • Strengthen collaboration and partnership with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring synergies and coordinated efforts with other groups.
  • Deliver on a variety of cross-functional or process enhancement projects where VAS and CMS FP&A is key stakeholder, including ideation, planning, leading and execution.
  • Competitive analysis on performance of VAS and CMS throughout earning cycles and establishing benchmark against the industry leaders across Visa portfolios by developing an in depth knowledge of the industry landscape.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
• Graduate, undergraduate degree and/or other Finance-related professionally recognized accreditations (e.g. CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• Ten years of progressive professional finance experience, preferably in global publicly listed, government regulated payments company
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, can-do attitude to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
• Highly strategic combined with a strong business acumen
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to "connect the dots" and approach issue resolution with a "forward-looking" view to anticipate and address problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels as a thought-partner.
• Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks, possess good judgment and organizational skills, able to work independently and be flexible.
• Ability to set the "tone" and provide coaching and mentoring to more junior staff
• Teamwork is essential to the group, so it is critical that the candidate interact with other team members and managers collaboratively and effectively

The estimated salary range for this position is $149,800.00 to $ 240,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
