MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Financial Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provides senior leadership and strategic oversight for accounting, investing, and financial activities of the program.

  • Formulate comprehensive financial policies and serve as the final technical authority for validating complex financial reports.

  • Authorize the implementation of strategic financial plans to ensure long-term program sustainability and regulatory compliance.

  • Manages the enterprise-level financial architecture for the ILS2 program and ensures the synchronization of budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Approve financial risk assessments and coordinate with mission partners to optimize resource allocation in contested environments.

  • Lead the analysis of theater-wide financial trends to refine program-wide fiscal posture and audit readiness.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field

  • 12+ years of position relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting;

  • Experience as a Senior Financial Officer for large-scale DOD sustainment contracts.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
