TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team. The Accounting and Finance Internship Program provides undergraduate or graduate students with hands on exposure to corporate accounting and finance operations. Interns will work closely with the Finance & Accounting team to support day to day accounting activities, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This program emphasizes practical learning, professional development, and real world application of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Assist with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits.
  • Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Assist with process documentation and internal control compliance.

Finance Support

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform variance analysis on revenue, expenses, and operating results.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist with special projects involving profitability analysis, cost management, and business performance reviews.
  • Support ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis assignments.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, HR, and Operations.
  • Participate in department meetings and training sessions.
