Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join our team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Inductotherm is seeking a highly capable Controller to serve as a strategic business partner to the President and executive leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide leadership across financial reporting, treasury, international banking, operational finance, forecasting, risk management, and strategic business planning within a complex manufacturing environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position has direct supervisory responsibility.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead all accounting and finance functions including general ledger, AP, AR, treasury, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and financial partner to the President and executive leadership team.
  • Oversee banking relationships, cash management, international financial transactions, letters of credit, wire controls, and financing activities.
  • Provide financial insight into manufacturing operations, costing, inventory, backlog, shipments, profitability, and business performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, internal controls, reporting capabilities, and business processes.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and Quality to support sound business decisions.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs, executive dashboards, and actionable business analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance organization.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Sound knowledge of financial regulations and principles especially GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as well as finance/accounting transactions.
  • Skilled at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), especially in making spreadsheets and databases.
  • Experience working with any Accounting and/or ERP system.
  • High integrity and strong business judgment.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and operationally minded.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions respectfully.
  • Strong communicator capable of translating financial concepts into practical business decisions.
  • Hands-on and willing to engage in both strategy and execution.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.

  • Have valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile.

Salary:
Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00/month
