Our heart beats for talents - be one of them. To strengthen our motivated Finance Team in Puerto Rico, we are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Specialist for a three-month contract assignment. The Financial Specialist plays a critical role in managing and optimizing financial processes, with a focus on expense analysis, and financial reporting.

This position ensures efficient payment processing, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls while also analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance workflow efficiencies. Your Role You will resolve "3-way match" disagreements on a weekly basis You will participate in share service initiatives You will manage tie financial deadlines You will develop automated accounting or financial excel applications You will assist in preparing journal entries You will do monthly closing and balance sheet reconciliation You will assist performing budget and cost analysis You will prepare financial performance analysis reports Your Profile You are bilingual.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as account payable and finance, accounting experience. You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing ERP systems.

You have month-end close experience. You have hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as Open Accounts, Radius, or similar financial platforms. You possess advanced Excel skills and are comfortable analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting financial operations.

You are technology-driven and able to leverage automation and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting processes.
