Purpose: The Compensation Analyst provides analytical support for the administration and management of the company's compensation programs, including base salary, incentive compensation, and job evaluation processes. This role serves as a compensation expert on the Total Rewards team delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that support competitive market positioning and compensation strategy across the organization while maintaining the integrity of corporate and field salary structures. Â
