Lead Financial Analyst - FP&A

Your Impact

As a member of the FP&A organization, the person in this role will partneracross the org to consolidate, monitor, process and report on Corporate Costs Opex results. The ideal candidate is self-driven, analytical, and has experience in business partnership in order to assist business leaders in making informed operational and investment decisions.

The Lead Financial Analyst will draw heavily on their financial modeling and system skills to provide insights to help drive financial decision making that yields maximum, long term value for the business. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, embraces a collaborative work style and possesses a clear client and operations focus, with a passion for business support.

  • Consolidation, validation, and reporting P&L performance, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Support monthly forecasting and annual planning in partnership with the business
  • Recommending actions by analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data. This may include scenario analysis, aggregation of necessary data, development of supporting models, coordination with Business Leaders to determine assumptions, and completion of key metrics, reporting, and benchmarks.
  • Gather information and data from various systems and reporting tools. Ability to bring those data points together in a meaningful way to provide granular insight into the various models
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support various business initiatives and special projects.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • A track record of good judgment and decision-making in positions with significant responsibility.
  • Highly autonomous and able to independently identify high-value projects and drive them to completion.
  • Demonstrated capability in cross-functional team environments.
  • Having and being able to articulate/defend an informed opinion on important topics.
  • Process improvement and automation
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a Finance role, preferably in FP&A with Business partnership experience
  • Outstanding data analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong excel, financial and ERP reporting, Power BI, Tableau skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, with the ability to multi-task.Work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the company.
  • Technology or Telecommunications industry experience preferred
  • Collaborative, able to influence across teams, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.

Salary Range: $86,800- $130,200Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
