Job description

National firm is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney to join their Houston office. Practice will represent sponsors and lenders in domestic and international credit transactions. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in finance law. Experience must also include syndicate finance. This position will enjoy a fair degree of autonomy and work directly with clients.
We are interested in speaking with attorney candidates who possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer service mentality.
