Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Administrative Assistant to support our clients accounting team in a fast-paced roofing company environment. This role is focused on administrative accounting functions, with a primary emphasis on accounts payable processing, invoice management, and maintaining accurate financial records.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable activities, including entering and documenting invoices accurately in the accounting system.

• Route invoices and supporting documentation to the appropriate individuals for review and approval.

• Perform consistent follow-up to ensure invoices and approvals are processed in a timely manner.

• Maintain organized digital records using document management systems.

• Help the accounting department stay current with invoice processing and data entry backlog.

• Ensure information is entered correctly and consistently within company financial systems.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting and payroll functions as needed.
