PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report directly to SPM/PM for your project
  • Process RFIs and Submittals
  • Perform Job set-up (non-financial)
  • Assist with close out process
  • Post plan changes (PR, RFP, ASI, Addenda, bulletins)
  • Compile and submit subcontractor pricing (after review by SPM/PM)
  • Lead subcontractor preconstruction meetings
  • Lead Owner/Architect/Consultant meetings
  • Lead coordination and final coordination meeting on storm shelters if required
  • Complete coordination with major trades
  • Review subcontractors pay applications
  • Assemble owner billings
  • Assist with buying out subcontracts
  • Assist with putting together subcontract documents
  • Attend and help estimating during bid days
  • Base knowledge of project financials
  • Knowledge of construction sequencing
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:
