**This part-time position is an in-office role based out of our Edmonton Office with our Debt Advisory Team. The anticipated start date is September/ early January with the internship continuing on an ongoing basis based on business needs**

About you

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3rd/ 4th year student to join our team as a Junior Analyst Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, data advisory and administrative support within a professional environment.

In this role, you will...

  • Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates
  • Prepare lender packages and support documentation for financing requests
  • Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms
  • Coordinate with lenders and clients on information requests
  • Support internal reporting and deal tracking
  • Other duties as required

What you'll bring

  • Current student at a Canadian University majoring in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates graduating in 2027.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • A demonstrated interest in Real Estate through involvement with campus clubs, case competitions, or relevant courses.
  • Passionate about learning and ready to tackle challenges in a professional environment.
  • Must be available Monday to Friday between 12PM - 5PM MST
