Our teams are united by deep safety knowledge, operational excellence, and a shared commitment to protecting people, property, and the planet.
Internship Program Overview
The Justrite Safety Group Summer Internship Program is a high-impact, project-based experience designed to develop the next generation of leaders in industrial safety manufacturing.
Interns are not observers...they are key contributors. Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams.
This program is intentionally designed to:
  • Deliver measurable business impact
  • Provide exposure to industrial manufacturing and safety solutions
  • Develop professional and leadership skills
  • Create a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety Group
  • Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation.

Position Summary
The Finance Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by function but may include:
  • Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity
  • Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Partner with finance and cross-functional teams (sales, operations, supply chain) on ad hoc analyses
  • Assist in improving financial processes, templates, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, BI tools)
  • Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events
  • Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership

What You'll Gain
  • Real-world experience in industrial safety manufacturing
  • Direct exposure to experienced professionals and industry leaders
  • Mentorship from a high-potential employee focused on your development
  • Hands-on problem-solving and project ownership
  • Professional development in communication, analysis, and presentation skills
  • Insight into career paths within Justrite Safety Group

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus

Why Justrite Safety Group
At Justrite Safety Group, interns work alongside the best in the industrial safety industry - engineers, operators, safety professionals, and business leaders who design products that protect lives every day.
  • This is more than an internship. It's an opportunity to:
  • Learn how a global industrial safety manufacturer operates
  • Contribute to work that matters
  • Build a foundation for a long-term career in safety, operations, engineering, or business leadership
