Job Summary Energo is seeking a positive, goal-oriented Financial Analyst, reporting to the Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Energo's multiple business divisions. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with a particular focus on supporting our fuel oil supply and HVAC service lines.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple entities and cost centers, and has hands-on QuickBooks experience. Responsibilities: Compile monthly KPI's and variance analyses across Energo's divisions Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including division-level cost and revenue tracking Analyze supply pricing, margins, and costs to support pricing and purchasing decisions Track profitability, labor costs, and job costing across projects and divisions Support accounts payable/accounts receivable functions and vendor/customer account reconciliations as needed Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership to support business decisions Assist with the preparation of materials for tax filings, audits, and lender/insurance reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency across divisions What Energo Offers Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunity to grow within a well-established, expanding, family-owned company Exposure across multiple business lines, including HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, fuel oil, energy services, and solar Collaborative, hands-on work environment
