Job Summary and Qualifications

 The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the financial reporting team of Capital Planning and Analytics. This position is the key contact for facility, division, and group personnel in regards to capital transfers, tracking, and reporting.

What you will do:

  • Analyst for all monthly capital transfers requested by facilities, Division, and Groups. Includes the reporting, tracking, notification, and reporting of facility managed projects and Group contingency funds.
  • Key contact for all FacilitiGroup/Engineering project reporting to include the compilation of monthly capital spend and reconciliation and the management of project close out 
  • Interface with Corporate IT&S for Capital reporting and reconciliation
  • Interface with HCA Partnerships for facility spend reporting and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting on routine/facility capital project reporting and management 
  • Provide E-builder support for corporate managed (Design and Construction) capital projects
  • Complete special projects as assigned (consultant engagements, key statistic reporting as requested by CEO, CFO, etc.)
  • Interact with Facility, Division, and Group Leadership to provide reports and analyses as needed as it relates to capital spend.
  • Act as a valued member of the the broader Capital Planning and Analytics team – encouraged to think strategically in order to continuously improve processes within the department as well as the field’s reporting functions. 
  • Performs other duties assigned

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience
