Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support enterprise level financial decision making within the Commercial Finance team. This role partners closely with the CFO, FP&A, and Commercial leadership and requires a strong, practical understanding of full P&L finance, planning, and forecasting. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of operating independently in a fast paced manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance and commercial leadership to support revenue, expense, and overall financial performance
  • Demonstrate a working understanding of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Lead and support full scope planning and forecasting, including revenue and expense planning
  • Support pricing strategy, price administration, and profitability analysis across customers and products
  • Perform quarterly and ad hoc financial analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support M&A initiatives, including financial synergies and post acquisition integration
  • Assist with ERP system conversions, data integration, and reporting alignment
  • Monitor KPIs and support financial reviews with senior leadership
  • Ensure SOX compliance, data integrity, and continuous process improvement
  • Travel up to 10% as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
  • Progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance within manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of the three financial statements and how they interrelate
  • Experience supporting full planning and forecasting beyond revenue only responsibilities
  • Exposure to M&A, ERP integrations, or system conversions preferred
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with ERP experience required
  • Self starter with strong problem solving and executive facing communication skills
  • High potential, motivated professional with capacity for growth
