Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Hands-on experience with major POS software/hardware (e.g., NCR, GK, iStore).
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and Strong knowledge of network setups.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar management software.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Manages the lab's day-to-day operations, including equipment maintenance
  • Proven experience with MDT, OSD and Ghost imaging
  • Strong knowledge of ActionScript 2.0/3.0 for interactive application development.
  • Familiarity with IT system deployments, cloning, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and related configurations.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience with automated deployment tools (e.g., BigFix, Intune, SCCM, JAMF or Workspace )
  • Knowledge with Bigfix is a plus

Salary Range-$65,000-$80,000 a year
