Job description

Product Analyst / Project Manager
Position Overview
ProScore Technologies LLC is a leading provider of AI-powered workforce compliance solutions that help organizations meet the requirements of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Davis-Bacon, DOL guidelines, and related regulatory frameworks. We are seeking a Product Analyst / Project Manager who can understand every aspect of ProScore's business and serve as the operational backbone connecting product, engineering, delivery, and compliance.
This hybrid role blends product analysis, project and resource management, and Agile delivery discipline. The ideal candidate is hands-on and practically oriented, owns Jira end-to-end, translates business outcomes into clear requirements, and keeps cross-functional execution on schedule. A degree is not required; demonstrated ability to manage projects, documentation, and delivery is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Domain Understanding
โ€ข Develop a deep, working knowledge of all aspects of ProScore's business: certified payroll (WH-347), JtoA reporting, apprenticeship/RAP compliance, prevailing wage, and the project โ†’ EPC โ†’ contractor โ†’ subcontractor โ†’ worker hierarchy.
โ€ข Partner with compliance SMEs to encode and validate regulatory logic (PWA ratios, CPR, wage determinations) into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
โ€ข Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Enterprise Delivery, Customer Success, and Compliance teams.
Product Analysis & Documentation
โ€ข Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams.
โ€ข Analyze data mappings, API payloads (JSON/XML), and system integrations to ensure technical and functional coherence.
โ€ข Maintain a single source of truth for requirements, change logs, and traceability across Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
Jira & Agile Delivery Management
โ€ข Own and maintain Jira boards: create, organize, prioritize, and distribute work, ensuring tasks are well-documented and current.
โ€ข Run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and milestone tracking; facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers.
โ€ข Track and report sprint progress, velocity, capacity, and burndown; coordinate onshore and offshore teams.
Project & Resource Management
โ€ข Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
โ€ข Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, managing dependencies and cutting scope when needed.
โ€ข Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks; drive triage and stabilization through delivery.
โ€ข Refine implementation methodologies and contribute to playbooks, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
โ€ข Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly written updates summarizing status, risks, and next steps.
โ€ข Prepare reports, feature briefs, release notes, and presentations tailored to internal and client stakeholders.
โ€ข Document dependencies, validation checkpoints, and go/no-go criteria tied to release readiness.
Deliverables
โ€ข Project plans and living product roadmaps covering scope, milestones, and timelines.
โ€ข PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow / dependency diagrams for core modules.
โ€ข Maintained Jira boards plus weekly sprint progress, velocity, and risk summary reports.
โ€ข Implementation playbooks, runbooks, and training/onboarding materials for delivery teams.
โ€ข Stakeholder reports, feature briefs, release notes, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
โ€ข Proven experience in product analysis, project management, or Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
โ€ข Hands-on Jira expertise; comfort with Confluence and documentation tools.
โ€ข Ability to read and reason about data mappings, API payloads, and system integrations.
โ€ข Strong organizational, communication, and risk-management skills; direct, iterative working style.
โ€ข Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven SaaS (IRA, Davis-Bacon, DOL) is a strong plus.
โ€ข A formal degree is not required - relevant experience and demonstrated delivery are valued equally.
