Shift4 is expanding globally and hiring for a new role of Financial Analyst. This key player will be responsible for supporting the financial health of the organization with a particular focus on developing and maintaining advanced financial models tailored to the payments processing industry. This opportunity involves creating detailed financial reports, developing financial models, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, specifically within the payments processing sector.
This role is onsite and can be based at any of the following Shift4 locations: Center Valley, PA (Preferred) / Tampa, FL / Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, including revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessments specific to the payments processing industry.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support business initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for stakeholders.
  • Utilize Tableau, and other BI tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats, presenting complex financial information clearly.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and analysis within the payments processing industry.
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial information effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with BI ( business intelligence ) tools to provide actionable insights a plus.
