U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a future team member for the role ofFinancial Reporting Analyst to support our Fund Administration team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented andexperiencedFinancial ReportingAnalysttojoin a team responsible for preparing and reviewingfinancial statement filings and other financial information.This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatoryand accountingstandardsandmaintaining accurate reporting.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment accountingandGAAP reporting.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and review financial statements (e.g., statement of assets and liabilities, schedule of investments, statement of operations, statement of changes in net assets, statement of cash flows,accompanying financial footnotesand tailored shareholder reports)and the accompanying support packagesfor client shareholders and the SEC in order to comply with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, andregulatoryreporting requirements.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

  • Maintain internal controls over financial reporting.

  • Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on reporting processes.

  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Provide training and technical guidance to new staff regarding changes in regulations and procedures.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of college level degree in accounting or finance and CPA certified or candidate preferred.

  • Experiencein Fund Administration, investment company financial reportingor related field, i.e., public accounting, preferred

  • Knowledge ofU.S. GAAP, Regulation S-X and investment company financial reporting best practices.

  • Good organizational skillsability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and financial reporting systems (e.g., Unity Financials, Bloomberg, Eagle STAR).

Pay Range: $60,435.00 - $71,100.00
