Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Contract

Role and Responsibilities of the Resource (Required):

  • The contractor Financial Analyst coordinates and monitors various financial activities and procedures to effectively manage budgets, programs, and services in support of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and analyzing asset information, providing variance analysis and reports.
  • Reviewing financial material and making recommendations as appropriate.
  • Generating and overseeing various budget and financial reports, as requested by senior management and leadership.
Qualifications

Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables (Required):
Milestones and deliverables will be determined by the ETAM team. This position supports the ETAM rollout and includes the following tasks:

  • Build, monitor, and perform audits on asset management database software.
  • Ensure data accuracy and develop standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including:
  • Creation of standard and ad-hoc financial reports
  • Development of financial tools, apps, and dashboards
  • Produce monthly reports to senior management and leadership, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
  • Aid in budgeting and planning processes.
  • Perform other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
