Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic senior financial analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with all levels of operations to drive cost efficiency, improve financial performance, and support long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes for manufacturing operations
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide actionable insights
  • Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and inventory valuation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing ERP and financial systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • SAP experience is mandatory; Power BI experience a plus
