Air Systems Maintenance, Inc. (ASM) is a leading commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and contracting company based in Kenilworth, NJ. Founded in 1964, we have decades of experience servicing commercial and industrial facilities throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Our experienced technicians work on everything from rooftop units to large-scale chillers, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assist with maintaining accounting documentation and records.
  • Support the Accounting team with special projects and process improvements.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Eligible to receive college/university academic credit.
