The Finance Manager serves as an essential bridge between CEP and the Institutes central finance office, ensuring the disciplined stewardship of fiscal resources. By driving the accuracy of budgets, forecasts, expense reconciliations, and data analyses, this position will provide the financial intelligence necessary to translate our resources into mission-driven impact.
