Responsibilities
  • Determine the desire/need for automobile financing through customer interviews and exploration of payment options
  • Determine the customer's creditworthiness through analysis of credit applications, credit reports, etc.
  • Partner with lenders through their information systems, conferring with underwriters and loan processors, obtaining stipulations when required.
  • Sell additional products and services through a customer as needs assessment: i.e. auto insurance, credit insurance, extended warranties, etc.
  • Supervise and assist with training and development of sales consultants and customer service specialists
  • Assist with new and pre-owned car sales
  • Maintain Bob Brown's reputation of high customer service by building and maintain customer rapport; answering questions toughly, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new products in's and out's, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
