A Finance Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing financial projects within an organization, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure that financial objectives are met on time and within budget. Finance Project Managers often work closely with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to implement financial strategies and improve business performance. A Finance Project Manager often works closely with teams from operations, IT, procurement, and executive leadership to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall project goals.
