We are a rapidly growing company that specializes in providing top-notch accounting and financial services to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team on a remote basis.

Job Description

As the Remote Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy, identify opportunities for growth, and support sound business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial operations for multiple clients
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
  • Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations
  • Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage and support accounting and finance team members
  • Provide training and guidance to team members
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Stay current with financial management trends and best practices
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience managing or leading a finance or accounting team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting/financial software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with multiple clients is preferred
