Job description

AIM is seeking an Operations Associate - Third Party Managers to support the operational and service needs of strategists utilizing the AIM platform. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for operational support, onboarding, billing coordination, reporting, and day-to-day service requests related to third party managers and strategists on the platform.
Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and operational setup of strategists and third party managers on the AIM platform.
  • Coordinate strategist fee setup, billing communications, invoice distribution, and related operational processes.
  • Assist with fee reconciliation, tracking, and resolution of fee-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Generate and distribute reports for strategists and internal stakeholders.
  • Support operational service requests including password resets, account maintenance, and platform support items.
  • Coordinate intake and processing of strategist performance files for platform uploads and reporting.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of shell models and related platform configurations.
  • Monitor workflows and proactively identify and resolve operational issues while escalating complex items as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to improve processes, drive operational efficiencies, enhance the strategist experience, and identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and product enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking related to strategist operational workflows.

Requirements

Compensation:
$65k annually with a 30% bonus
