Finance Manager

Chevrolet of Troy is looking for an experienced, motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping customers, closing deals, and maximizing profitability while delivering an outstanding buying experience, we'd love to hear from you.

As our Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the sales team and lending partners to secure financing, present protection products, ensure compliance, and help customers drive away with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange vehicle financing through a network of lenders.
  • Present finance, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products to customers.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and complies with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.
  • Work with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Meet and exceed finance product and profitability goals.
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous Automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive lending and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
