Job Description:
TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC corporate office for a Finance Manager within the Commercial Finance department reporting to the Sr. Director of Commercial Finance. Come join the Finance team at the most exciting and innovative tool company in the world!

Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with key business leaders within Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to deliver on business objectives.
  • Provide Support for Month End Reporting, Forecasting, & Budget Process
  • Maintain financial databases, providing accurate profitability analysis for a business unit
  • Preparation of periodic financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support leadership
  • Development and implementation of new reporting tools to meet growing business demands
  • Play a key role in the preparation of the Quarterly Financial Operations Review
  • Participate in strategic financial projects including SAP upgrades and other various financial software implementations
  • Responsible for business unit P&L variance analysis and explanations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements

Requirements
Knowledge:
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access
  • Previous SAP and/or HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in accounting, and financial analysis
  • Flexible, self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Detail oriented with strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented with ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional and positive manner
  • Results driven individual with a track record to support
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, organized, ability to multitask with careful attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • 5+ years' finance and accounting experience - preferably for a large corporation
  • Experience leading/managing projects highly desired
  • Experience within a global manufacturing organization with multiple reporting units preferred
