Responsibilities
Present financing and vehicle protection options to customers in a professional and ethical manner.
Secure financing through multiple lending institutions to provide competitive options.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations.
Achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals.
Review and finalize all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership staff.
Train and support the sales team on finance products and processes.
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable delivery experience for every customer.
Qualifications
Previous automotive F&I experience not needed.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production goals.
Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance, and dealership software.
