Finance Manager Responsibilities:
  • Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure
  • Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans

Finance Manager Qualifications:
  • Previous Automotive F&I experience required (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
  • Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
