These internships are part of a broader leadership development initiative, often offered by Fortune 500 companies, and typically include rotational assignments in areas such as financial planning, analysis, accounting, and business strategy. Interns gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities, preparing them for potential full-time roles in finance leadership upon graduation.
