Hello, I'm Bianka, Senior Team Leader at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance, and payroll positions. I handle both temporary and permanent recruitment in the Greater Montreal area.

Mission

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for financial and management accounting, supporting decision-making within the organization.
Your responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the accounting department team within a finance department of approximately 40 employees;
• Be responsible for financial management, including the budgeting process, financial planning, cash management, and the production and analysis of financial statements;
• Establish and maintain the necessary controls to ensure the completeness and reliability of the financial information produced;
• Actively participate in optimizing accounting processes and implementing new technological tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of financial information;
• Act as an advisor to other managers to support them in decision-making and operational processes.

Your profile

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting combined with a recognized accounting designation (CPA);
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in improving accounting and financial processes;
• Teamwork, leadership, organizational, attention to detail, and prioritization skills;
• Demonstrated results-oriented approach;
• Analytical skills and sound judgment for problem-solving;
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
