Job Purpose
Join our Plant Finance team in Racine and gain hands-on experience in financial processes that support manufacturing operations. As a Racine Plant Finance Intern, you'll work closely with Finance and FP&A partners to strengthen your analytical skills and support key reporting and planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting with the Annual Blanket PO process and related reporting
  • Supporting forecasting activities and collaborating with FP&A during month-end close
  • Gaining exposure to Standards and cost accounting systems needed for financial analysis
  • Contributing to the SAP implementation and learning system functionality
  • Assisting with month-end and daily reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness

This internship provides the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in cost accounting and financial reporting while contributing to initiatives that support plant operations and business performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor's, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors and related fields: Accounting, Finance, or Business
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $19.25 - $35.50 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
