The position involves broad technology implementation and support for VoIP, networking, workstation, server, and various cloud services.ย  The position involves being onsite, or in client offices implementing various technology projects with the assistance and mentorship of senior leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, data center management, VoIP, networking, server support, workstation support, and various cloud services.ย
