Essential Job Duties
  • Manages management performance reporting to facilitate reviews with senior leadership including analysis, enhancements and consolidation.
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting with full understanding of variances to prior forecast, annual operating plan and prior year performance.
  • Manages process and preparation of annual target and budget, understanding key drivers and variances to prior year
  • Aligns business data system and the accounting system of record
  • Provides analytical support on various special projects to enhance the financial decision-making process
  • Maintains strong business relationship with senior leadership to support achievement of strategic goals
  • Provides thoughtful and executional leadership for transformation initiatives, operational improvements and cost reductions.

  • Serves as liaison with other finance and business functions such as Financial Systems, Accounting, Marketing, and Pricing to coordinate business and financial initiatives and ensure seamless analysis, forecasting, and planning processes.
