Job description

Meta is seeking a Trust Infrastructure Manager to define platform strategy and drive large-scale governance technology initiatives within the Finance Governance Center of Excellence. This role serves as the bridge between business governance needs and engineering execution, partnering closely with Engineering Partners (EP) to build, deploy, and monitor governance efficiency tools and platforms. You will represent finance in cross-functional governance platforms, provide technical design input for governance-impacting systems, and collaborate on red teaming efforts to ensure platform resilience and effectiveness.
Trust Infrastructure Manager - Finance Responsibilities:
  • Define multi-year governance platform strategy aligned to the Finance Governance COE roadmap
  • Lead architecture decisions and provide technical design input for governance-impacting platforms
  • Build and deploy governance efficiency tools and products in partnership with Engineering Partners (EP)
  • Monitor governance platform operations and drive platform reliability with EP
  • Model and implement change management processes for governance platforms with EP
  • Represent finance in cross-functional governance platforms and drive alignment across stakeholders
  • Drive build-versus-buy assessments and vendor evaluations for governance tooling
  • Own relationships with EP engineering leadership for platform delivery and collaboration
  • Collaborate with EP on red teaming efforts to validate platform resilience
  • Pioneer governance tooling approaches for emerging areas including AI red teaming and evaluation frameworks

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise application management, business systems, or technical program management in a trust, integrity, or operations-adjacent domain
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional application strategy initiatives with demonstrated organizational and company-wide impact
  • Experience defining governance frameworks, application lifecycle standards, and operational processes for complex, high-availability business systems
  • Experience communicating application strategy and technical trade-offs in writing to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences
  • Experience managing and developing teams of application management or business systems professionals across multiple concurrent workstreams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with workflow automation, case management systems, or data governance tooling in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive application investment decisions and measure operational outcomes at scale
  • Experience conducting build-versus-buy analyses and managing third-party platform integrations in a trust or compliance context
  • Experience with trust, safety, integrity, or policy enforcement platforms and the operational workflows they support
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
